One person hurts the other one and insurance companies pay compensation. A coincidence gives Farmer Brakelmann an idea which he turns into reality so successfully that his constant friend-enemy Adsche Tönnsen has someone hurt him as well in order to get some additional money with a calculated „hit on the head“. But soon there is an inflation of accidents in Büttenwarder that endangers Brakelmann’s lucrative side income. Brakelmann takes the idea back into his hands and now he organizes who hurts who for how much money. Adsche, of course, is only ready to cooperate when Brakelmann makes him his deputy (with a 50/50 share, of course). The situation has just calmed down a bit when a mysterious guest shows up in the local bar „Dorfkrug“. Brakelmann thinks he knows who this city guy works for. And after the stranger is filled up and talks accordingly, the locals know: He is an Agent working for the insurance company that had to transfer these unusual amounts of money to Büttenwarder in the past weeks...
